Has there been any changes in the economy or fundamentals that have resulted in the recent rise in inflation/yields and the value vs. growth spread? Not in Astoria’s view. Until macro-economic data & earnings improve, Astoria’s Investment Committee prefers to maintain a lower portfolio beta (i.e. less allocated towards stocks and higher allocations to alternatives).
